Sunny's 5 Daily Steps
When I asked Sunny what she does daily to keep her self fit and in the flow of her spiritual connection, she gave us FIVE DAILY STEPS:
- Meditate - connect with the angels
- Call upon Archangel Michael to manage and maintain her energy
- In bed before she gets up, open her arms wide and say "I am open to receive".

I invoke the blue light of Archangel Micheal
to surround and protect me.
I ask him to bring me courage and strength,
and to protect me from any negativity, seen or unseen.
I ask that the brilliant blue energy of protection is place over me
allowing only that which is for my highest good.
I now invoke the white light of Archangel Gabriel
to envelope me in his energy of purity and peace.
I ask that he helps me to communicate with intention,
that which is in my heart,
through my words, thoughts, and feelings of light and love.
I now invoke the golden red energy of Archangel Uriel
to fill me with wisdom, clarity, and vision.
Help me to soothe all conflict in my life
and replace it with knowledge and understanding of the bigger picture.
I ask that Uriel help me make choices
that are wisest for my personal journey.
In closing, I invoke the green light of Archangel Raphael
to pour health and well-being into my bodies;
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Help me to allow the healing to be received wholeheartedly
and guide me to my own natural healing abilities.
