Love my way through it.
Love myself. Be open to receiving guidance. Receive the energy of Spirit and Love that is all around me. Relax. Let the Divine Energy that surrounds me, in!
Ask a Question
In your daily meditation, ask the questions that can bring healing, wisdom, answers, connections, everything you need. Then be open to receive the answer. Writing the question in a journal opens the flow of the answer. 
Walk
Megan loves to walk to connect with Spirit. Use time walking for an inner dialog or conversation with Spirit and Angels. Listen for insight as you walk. Be observant for energy flowing in as you walk.

Megan Burford began her spiritual exploration at and holds a Master of Heart Studies from I Am University of the Heart.

She has studied meditation for 18 years and teaches meditation techniques weekly to her students.

She enjoys communing with angels through Gateway University and is working on her PhD in Energy Psychology with Reverend Doctor Kimberly Marooney. 

Megan and Kimberly are sisters and enjoy exploring Spirit together as light bearers.
