Feeling fatigued?

Two people asked about feeling fatigued.
Jean explained that when we are running energy that belongs to other people, we feel tired. She guided us through disconnecting from the energy and sending it back to its source with the information it was seeking so it can be satisfied.

Feeling off balance?

Jean suggested that when you feel wobbly on your feet or off balance, you pull your energy into the divine line that runs from the heavens to the earth down your spine. Send all energy that is not yours away. Ask your body to balance, stabilize, and update reference points and grids. Invite your body to work with the electrical and magnetic components of cranial sacral fluid (or something like that! We don't need to understand, our body knows).
